Hi! My name is Haleema and I am from the Class of 2026.

I was born and raised in Edmonton and attended the University of Alberta for my BSc before starting in the PharmD program. When I’m not busy with school or work, I like to read, draw, sew, and spend time with friends and family. I also love spending my time outdoors by going on long walks and have recently gotten into gardening.

I am very excited to be one of the PQ+2 editors for this upcoming year as writing and design have always been interests of mine. As editor, I will be designing and writing articles on student life, faculty news, events, pharmacy practice and everything in between. If you have any content ideas or would like to feature in an upcoming edition, we would love your input so please don’t hesitate to reach out!
