CAPSI Competitions
Each year, your local representatives host CAPSI Competitions which take place in October. These competitions are an excellent opportunity for students to apply the skills and knowledge they have acquired in the classroom in a fun and challenging way. There are five competitions that usually take place each year, however this year we have had to make slight modifications:
- Compounding
- Patient Interview
- Over-the-Counter
- Student Literacy Challenge (SLC)
- Pharmachoice Advice for Life Competition
Usually, the winners of these awards earn a reserved spot to go to PDW and represent our school in the national competition. This year will work a little bit differently since PWD will not take place. More information to come on the logistics of this year’s competitions and prizes for the winners of the competition.
