26th February 2013, Filed under APSA Events, CAPSI, Fun and Social, Pharmacy Profession, RxA, Volunteering and Community SupportPharmacy Awareness Week (PAW) is here again! PAW is an annual event across Canada with pharmacy students and pharmacists taking time to promote the profession. APSA has planned numerous events to celebrate the occasion and to promote the profession to the general public and other health professionals alike from March 2 through 9, 2013. The week kicks off with the year-end formal, better known as the Blue and Gold Ball, and then continues on with advocacy events, health clinics, and numerous professional seminars.
If the above was not enticing enough to come out and participate, there will also be numerous lunches, dinners, and prizes throughout the week, so make sure to come out and have a great time supporting your profession!
Please visit http://myapsa.ca/PAW for a full listing of all the events!

We have finally received all of the cases for all of this year’s CAPSI competitions. Here you will find information on what each competition consists of, the rules, and how to sign-up for the competitions. I encourage each and every one of you to participate in the competitions this year even if you don’t want to attend PDW. These competitions are a great way of honing your pharmacy skills whether in compounding or the patient care process. | Leave Comments![]() 3rd October 2012, Filed under Awards and Competitions, CAPSIApothecary students:
